I'm a Marie Skłodowska-Curie scholar in computer vision finishing up a PhD. I’m currently working on creating some of the first omnidirectional scene understanding algorithms.

In the past, I’ve:

• deployed embedded deep learning systems that now help monitor traffic in over 15 countries,
• distilled reinforcement learning policies into soft decision trees (Tilburg University / TU Eindhoven) to try make deep RL agents a little more interpretable,
• explored neural representations and fairness in privacy-preserving vision,
• even once wrangled a 30 million row credit-risk dataset in MATLAB for a Big 4 accounting firm (voluntarily).

I’m co-supervised by professors from the University of Alicante in Spain and Stockholm University in Sweden. I hold a master’s degree in control theory from TU Delft. Outside research, I enjoy rock climbing, surfing, Oxford commas and reading.
